Managed IT
Remote monitoring and management
Knowing a machine is struggling before the person using it complains.

24/7
Monitoring of device health
Alerts
Before a disk or drive fails
Full inventory
Of what you own and its age
Overview
We install lightweight remote monitoring and management software on the machines we look after. It runs quietly in the background, reporting on the things that predict a bad day: a disk filling up, a drive reporting errors, memory being exhausted, a processor pinned at full load, updates failing to install.
That information does two jobs. It lets us fix small problems before anyone notices them, and it gives us the evidence to tell you which machines are genuinely due for replacement and which have plenty of life left.
What's included
How we deliver remote monitoring and management
Hardware health monitoring
Drive health, temperatures and error reporting watched so failing components are replaced on your schedule, not theirs.
Disk space tracking
Alerts well before a machine or server runs out of room and starts refusing to work.
CPU and memory analysis
Performance measured over time to show whether a slow PC needs an upgrade, a clean-up or replacing.
Patch management
Windows and third-party application updates deployed and verified across the estate.
Remote resolution
Secure remote sessions so most issues are dealt with without waiting for a site visit.
Asset reporting
An accurate inventory of what you own, its age and its condition, to support budgeting and improvement plans.
How it works
What happens when you get in touch
Deploy the agent
A lightweight agent installed on every machine and server, with no noticeable impact on speed.
Set thresholds
Sensible alerting for disk space, memory, processor load, drive health and failed updates.
Act on alerts
We resolve most warnings remotely before anyone using the machine notices anything.
Report and plan
Asset and performance reporting that tells you which machines to replace and when.
Who it suits
This is usually the right fit for
- Businesses tired of reacting to the same recurring faults
- Organisations that need to plan hardware spend rather than react to it
- Any company on a managed support agreement

Common questions
Questions we are asked about this
Can you see what staff are doing?
No. It reports on the health and performance of the machine, not on people's activity or content.
Will it slow the computers down?
No — the agent is tiny and idles in the background between checks.
Is it included in support?
Yes, it is part of every managed agreement rather than a separate line on the invoice.
