Our story
Nearly 25 years of fixing, building and advising
Preventa PCX Ltd has spent nearly 25 years supporting businesses across Birmingham, Worcestershire and the West Midlands. In that time we have watched IT move from a cupboard full of servers to Microsoft 365, hosted desktops and staff working from three different places in a week.
What hasn't changed is what customers actually want: someone who answers the phone, understands their setup, and doesn't disappear when something goes wrong. We deliberately stay the right size to do that — you speak to engineers who know your business, not a queue.
We support organisations with one to fifty users. It's a size we know inside out: enough complexity to need real expertise, but small enough that every decision has to earn its place in the budget.
