Support, security and hardware combined

Overview

We are a managed service provider built around small and medium organisations — typically between one and fifty users. That size of business rarely needs a full-time IT department, but it absolutely needs someone who knows the whole picture: the laptops, the email, the server, the firewall, the backups and the people using them.

Managed IT support means we think about your IT so you don't have to. We monitor your systems, apply updates, answer your team's questions, keep your security layered and plan ahead so problems are handled before they cost you a working day.

What's included

How we deliver managed it support

Unlimited helpdesk support

Your team can call, email or message us. Most issues are resolved remotely within minutes; when hands-on work is needed, we come to site.

Proactive monitoring and maintenance

Our remote monitoring software watches disk space, memory, processor load and hardware health, so failing equipment is replaced before it fails.

Microsoft 365 management

Licensing, mailboxes, Business Premium setup, Intune device policies and SharePoint structure, all kept tidy as people join and leave.

Layered security as standard

Firewalls, endpoint protection, patching and staff awareness training, with the option to step up to EDR and MDR.

Equipment supply

We source, build, configure and deliver laptops, desktops, servers and network kit so a new starter is productive on day one.

Clear reporting and reviews

Regular reporting on tickets, device health and risks, with sensible recommendations rather than sales pressure.

How it works

What happens when you get in touch

    1

    Free IT review

We look over what you have, how it is set up and where the weak points are — no obligation and no jargon.

    2

    Onboarding

Documentation, monitoring agents, security baselines and admin access put in place over the first fortnight.

    3

    Day-to-day support

Your team contacts us directly. We fix, patch, monitor and handle starters and leavers as they happen.

    4

    Review and plan

Regular reporting on tickets, device health and risk, with a rolling plan for what to improve next.

Who it suits

This is usually the right fit for

  • Businesses with 1–50 users and no internal IT team
  • Organisations with an office, hybrid workers or both
  • Companies who want a single supplier for support, security and hardware

Common questions

Questions we are asked about this

How is managed support priced?

A fixed monthly amount per user, so the cost is predictable and there is no incentive for us to leave problems unsolved.

Do you come to site?

Yes. Most work is done remotely because it is faster, but we visit for anything hands-on across Birmingham, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

We already have some IT in place. Can you take it over?

Almost always. We document what exists, tidy up what needs it and only recommend replacement where it genuinely pays for itself.

Interested in managed it support?

Tell us what's frustrating you and we'll tell you honestly what we'd do about it. No jargon, no pressure, no lengthy sales process.
