Overview

Part of being a complete IT partner is taking the buying decision off your desk. We specify equipment based on what the role actually needs, source it at trade pricing, and build it before it reaches the user — joined to your systems, encrypted, licensed and loaded with the software they use.

We support both Windows and Apple hardware, and we will happily tell you when a machine you already own is worth keeping instead of replacing.

What's included

How we deliver hardware and equipment purchasing

Sensible specification

Matched to the work, not the sales brochure, with a view to the machine still being usable in four years.

Trade sourcing

Competitive pricing from established distributors, with warranty terms explained up front.

Build and configuration

Enrolled in Intune, encrypted, patched, licensed and set up with the user's applications and data.

New starter onboarding

Accounts, mailbox, licences and equipment ready for someone's first morning.

Apple support

Long-standing Mac experience, including help with machines that are out of Apple warranty.

Secure disposal

Old equipment wiped and disposed of responsibly, with certification where you need it.

How it works

What happens when you get in touch

    1

    Understand the role

What the person actually does, so the specification fits the work rather than the brochure.

    2

    Quote and source

A clear quote with warranty terms explained, then ordered at trade pricing.

    3

    Build and enrol

Encrypted, patched, licensed, joined to your systems and loaded with their applications.

    4

    Deliver and dispose

Set up on the desk, with the old machine wiped and disposed of responsibly.

Who it suits

This is usually the right fit for

  • Businesses hiring, growing or refreshing ageing equipment
  • Organisations who want devices managed from day one
  • Companies without the time to research and build machines themselves

Common questions

Questions we are asked about this

Can we buy the hardware ourselves?

Of course. We will still build and configure it, and we are happy to sanity-check a specification before you order.

How long should a laptop last?

We specify for four to five years of useful life, and monitoring tells us when a machine is genuinely past it.

Do you take old equipment away?

Yes, wiped and disposed of responsibly, with certification where you need it for an audit.
